What is the coverage? Covers the devices due to accidental/aesthetic damage. The claim description must be due to accidental damage. The device must be visibly broken and must be due to accidental damage by the client. It covers for repair and full(total loss of equipment). In event of total loss of device not repairable, a technician report is needed and device is required to be given back to the insurance company. The coverage exclude in case of own damage due to fraudulent means We don’t cover in case Purposely damage items Device own internal hardware damage We do not overwrite manufacturers' warranty

What if the device drops into the sea, is it claimable? No. The device is required to send back to the product owner in order for the claim to be made?
Can it be claim if the equipment has an internal damage? No. This insurance package only covers for Aesthetic Damages, Total Loss and Accidental Damages
How many times can the client claim in a year? According to the item value that was purchased
Can the customer make claims in within 3-4 days from the purchased date? No. Customers can only make any claims after 7 working days from the purchased date
